Hi.

Well isn't it a wonderful day to start writing a blog?
I think so...well, I have to go to a party tonight in the fucking rain but still, I thought 'I'm bored, I think I'll start a blog and bore people senseless with my opinions and experiences.'

So...about me anyway. I'm afraid there's quite a lot to say.
My real name is not Ophelia, it's just an alias I'm using to save myself a little dignity, seeing as I'm going to be pouring my heart out and telling you all every little sordid detail of the past sixteen years. I live in Newcastle in the North East of England, which is a part of Great Britain, a little island with a lot of history. Me and England have a lot in common...we're both small, gutsy and enjoy trying to press our opinions on others.

I live with my parents, who work in a hotel, and a menagerie of various animals...oh, and my little sister who I suspect is possessed by demons...'The Exorcist' anyone? :>

I've just finished secondary school and my GCSEs so in September I'll be going into Sixth Form and then to University. It's gonna be quite fun because of all my mates, who are brilliant - I couldn't have got through school without them, that's for sure.
Here's the best of them: Tia, Sam, Beka, Vicki, Rai, Sophie R, Sophie F, Becka C, Alan H, Alan M, Nil, Chrissy, Stephen, Big Craig, Little Craig, Dave...love you all.

Well, anyway, more about me.
I won't bore you by describing my appearance - you can see what I look like from my pictures; brown eyes, brown hair, tanned, curvy, glazed expression...there's much more to say about my personality.

I'm a Libra, which should mean that I'm balanced and graceful - am I fuck. I'm so clumsy, once I knocked over six cups of tea in one go - they went down like a load of dominos. My mam wasn't happy. But, even though I'm not practical and I am drunk most of the time , I am quite intelligent. I love to read and watch films - my favourite books are Bleak House by Charles Dickens, IT by Stephen King, the Lord of the Rings series by Tolkien and most of the classics really and I have loads of favourite films, particularly The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Gone With The Wind. My music taste is really varied, I love rock and roll and punk music mostly...I've had a hug passion for David Bowie since I was about four.

Weird. That word sums me up to all of my friends, family and...well everyone else I know.

But I'll let you judge.
